At Pro Storage, we offer a range of unit sizes and types tailored to suit our customers’ requirements. Consult our self-storage size guide for assistance in selecting the appropriate storage unit. If you ever find that your current unit is too small, don’t hesitate to inquire about the option to merge it with an adjacent unit or transfer to a larger one for a supplementary fee.
You can reserve a storage unit with Pro Storage in three ways: online, by visiting one of our locations in person, or by directly calling the facility.
Locations owned and managed by Pro Storage will maintain a reservation for up to one day following your anticipated move-in date.
Pro Storage owned and managed locations do require a deposit or administrative fee. There is an associated cost for reserving and securing your storage room, with only your initial month’s rent payment being due when you sign your contract.
Customers are not obligated to sign lengthy contracts to rent storage from Pro Storage. Our rental agreement is structured on a month-to-month basis for your convenience.
To rent a storage unit, it’s necessary to provide a government-issued ID, such as a passport or a personal ID card.
A climate-controlled storage facility is where temperate and humidity is managed within the building. That means, that the temperature within the facility is anywhere between 68 to 88 degrees depending on the time of the year.
This means your items don’t get exposed to changes in temperature and outside humidity, which can cause damage to your items.
We require that all customers secure their rooms using a their own lock. They can be purchased at a discount from the Pro Storage store online or at the counter during move-in. The locks add an additional layer of security and prevent break-ins from occurring. You are not required to purchase from Pro Storage.

Customers can purchase moving boxes and packing supplies while they are moving into their storage facility. All our Pro Storage facilities offer moving boxes, tape, covers/bags, and more to purchase on premise.
This means your items don’t get exposed to changes in temperature and outside humidity, which can cause damage to your items.
If you are an active customer and your storage space size needs change, you can request a transfer to a larger or smaller unit at any time.
With no long-term contracts and monthly billing, you’re not locked into a unit. To request a transfer, speak to a customer service representative at the storage facility.

Customers have several options to pay for their storage space. Pay online, in person or over the phone. All major credit cards are accepted (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) along with cash, check or set up ACH in store. You can also setup auto pay at your storage facility or online.
Your monthly rent is due every month on the date your move-in occurred. For example, if you moved in on the 15th, your next month of rent is due on the 15th the following month.
If you miss to make a payment or are late, you will be charged a late payment fee, the amount of which is specified in the contract. To avoid late payments, sign up for automatic payment directly at the property.
Pro Storage owned and managed storage facilities utilize multiple layers of industry-leading security features. These are collectively called MAX or maximum security.
You can find any combination of the following at our storage facilities: security cameras, alarmed rooms, electronic access and limited access to floor or building.
When you are ready to move-out, ensure that your room is clean and all belongings have been cleared out to avoid any cleaning fees.
You must remove the lock from your unit as well. Please notify staff that you are moving out in order to avoid getting billed.
